1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of shinza.store and any orders you place. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's consent.

4. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We accept your offer and a contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order, in which case we will refund any payment taken.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order. Delivery charges (where applicable) are shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

We currently ship to mainland Great Britain only (England, Scotland and Wales). See our Shipping Policy for delivery options and times. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. See our Refund Policy for full details on how to cancel and return goods.

8. Faulty or misdescribed goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you have the right to reject them within 30 days for a full refund, or to a repair, replacement or refund thereafter, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Pre-orders

Where an item is offered on pre-order, payment is taken at the time of order. The estimated dispatch date shown on the product page is an estimate only — we will email you if there are significant delays. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Once the item has shipped, the standard 14-day cancellation right applies from the date of delivery.

10. Intellectual property

All content on shinza.store — including text, images, logos, designs, and the SHINZA name — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by UK law. Subject to that, our liability for any loss arising from the supply of goods is limited to the price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

13. Alternative Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint we cannot resolve, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. While we are not currently a member of an ADR scheme, you can find a list of approved ADR bodies on the UK Government's website at gov.uk.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one on this page when you place your order.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any contract between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
