Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to mainland Great Britain only (England, Scotland and Wales). We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or international destinations. We plan to expand our shipping as soon as possible.
How much is shipping?
Free Tracked 48 is FREE on orders £20 and over. For orders under £20, Tracked 24 (Same Day Dispatch) is £3.95.
How long does delivery take?
Tracked 24 typically arrives within 1 working day of dispatch. Tracked 48 typically arrives within 2 working days. Order before 2pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch on Tracked 24. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes size options. We also have a size chart to help you choose the correct pair. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return postage) at no cost to you. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right to cancel any order without giving a reason, starting from the day you receive the goods. See our Refund Policy for how to exercise this right.
How do I return an item?
Email hello@shinza.store with your order number and we will provide return instructions. Items must be unworn, unused and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details, including refund timing and faulty-item rights.
Do you take pre-orders?
Yes, some items are offered on pre-order with an estimated dispatch date shown on the product page. Payment is taken at the time of order, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before the item ships.
