Returns & Refunds

This policy sets out your rights when buying from Shinza, a trading style of Tao Digital Marketing Ltd. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@shinza.store within that 14-day period.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you tell us to send the goods back to us. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging).

How to start a return

Email us at hello@shinza.store with your order number and we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return postage

You are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty items unless we tell you otherwise in writing. We recommend using a tracked service — items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods (or evidence that you have sent them back), in line with UK consumer law. Card networks may take a further 3-5 business days to post the refund to your account.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 30-day short-term right to reject goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, and to receive a full refund. After 30 days, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return postage) at no cost to you.

Hygiene items

For hygiene reasons, grip socks must be unworn and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for return. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.

Pre-order cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Please email us to cancel.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order.
