Shipping
We currently ship to mainland Great Britain only (England, Scotland and Wales). We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or international destinations.
Delivery options
- Free Tracked 48: FREE on orders £20 and over. Delivery within 2 working days of dispatch.
- Tracked 24 — Same Day Dispatch: £3.95. Order before 2pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch, delivery within 1 working day.
Free Tracked 48 applies automatically at checkout when your order subtotal reaches £20.
Processing and dispatch
Tracked 24 orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Free Tracked 48 orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day.
Delivery times
- Tracked 24: typically 1 working day after dispatch.
- Tracked 48: typically 2 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times exclude weekends and UK public holidays. While we aim to meet these times, they are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items have an estimated dispatch date shown on the product page. Payment is taken at the time of order, and we will email you when your pre-order ships.
Risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title in the goods passes to you when we receive payment in full.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for 5 working days or more, please contact us at hello@shinza.store and we will investigate with the carrier.
